User talk:Nathaniel

If you have general concerns or suggestions for the wiki, you can add them to my talk page here.

Not too familiar with wikis so its learning as I go! pretty much just copy and pasting some code snips here and there seems to be working out alright! seen you got a bit of flak on reddit for wanting to have a wiki for trophy hunting, not sure why! wikis are great, and cleaner generally.

edit: also edited your comment to post this, turns out that isn't how things work haha.

Thanks! And yeah, sorry for how confusing the discussion pages are right now. This is the wiki "default", but I'm going to install an add-on in a couple days that makes them a bit more user-friendly. Nathaniel (talk) 12:52, 16 November 2017 (EST)
Takes a bit of getting used to. I've added the full guide for Ruiner, I wrote the guide on PSNprofiles so does it need a PSNProfiles link also? the one here is better as I noticed a few minor errors (nothing that stops the trophies popping mind you)
Awesome, thanks again. Even if we have guides here, I like to keep links to external guides around as well. I wouldn't say we "need" it, but it's nice to help people find guides on other sites too. Nathaniel (talk) 13:14, 16 November 2017 (EST)
Whoops, one more thing: do you by any chance have screenshots of Ruiner's trophies unlocking? If so, I'd really appreciate it if you could send them to me so that I can add them to the guide. See this thread for details. No worries if not though! Nathaniel (talk) 13:18, 16 November 2017 (EST)

I'll dig them out of my PS4 and get them over to you!

Woo! I'm based in the EU region (N.Ireland)

Excellent! I'll send you the code via PSN message (so that it's not publicly visible on the wiki). Cheers! Nathaniel (talk) 08:20, 19 November 2017 (EST)

Trophy ListsEdit

Hey man, first off, seen that you haven't been on in a bit and they're aren't new trophy lists. Hope all is good with you. Thanks again as always for the great site. Anyway, I finally got around to making a few edits, all pertaining to the Stackable games and their region lists. Hope the format I posted in is to your liking, send me your feedback on PSN or PST for quickest response. Once I know how you want the info to look I'll be going crazy doing as many games as possible. K, later, take care. SNACH2497 (talk) 15:00, 8 January 2018 (EST)

Hey! Yeah, sorry for the lack of updates recently. Your edits look good :) New trophy lists are still being posted (automatically by my bots), they just haven't been curated by me (e.g., posted on the main page, announced on Twitter) in a little bit since I've gotten side-tracked by some coding that I hope will make the sale/PS+ tables more useful. Hopefully will get back to it again soon! Nathaniel (talk) 16:25, 8 January 2018 (EST)

Ok, cool, sounds good. Checked out the front page of your other sites and I've never felt so clueless. You have some real smarticles. Keep up the good work. I'm trying to get these *fools* :p on social media hyped about this site to no avail so far. Love to have more visitors here instead of messaging me like crazy on PSN asking for help. Anyway, I'll be getting to the trophy list edits shortly. Take care... Another question, in the list of Games no longer available for purchase how do I add more games? I checked the first game listed, Catan, to see where you added a command to notify the Wiki to have that game be added to know avail. Thanks...

To add a page to the "Games no longer available for purchase" category, add the text [[Category:Games no longer available for purchase]] to that game's wiki page (anywhere on the page). Other categories work the same way. Cheers! Nathaniel (talk) 11:38, 9 January 2018 (EST)
